		<description>Thanks, Profusser! Julia from Mariquita made two sauces with her own tomatoes, one with San Marzanos and the other with Early Girls. The Early Girls actually yielded a bit more on a quarts-from-pounds ratio basis, maybe because the skins are so much thinner. And that would have been some sweet sauce, no need to add sugar for sure.

Good pizza in Saratoga? I&#039;m intrigued... though maybe&#039;s Max London which I already know and love. But I will pursue this one with you definitely.</description>

Congratulations on your sauce.  Marcella rarely disappoints.  But taking on her recipes is a serious commitment.  

When you get back to NY, I have a pizza recommendation for you up in your hood.  Have a good trip.</description>
