		<description>Those chocolate sushi rolls look so ill conceived.  At least I suppose we should be thankful they did not include fondant.

I will miss the salts, but not the vinegars.

Hope to make it next year.  Perhaps my cousin will still be exporting Olive Oil from Sicily and I can volunteer at his booth.
